• Would you like to see Britain get out of the measurement unit mess?
• Would you like to see your children be able to use the units they are taught in school?
• Would you like price transparency through consistently labelled quantities?
• Would you like to see Britain be internationally competitive by using the international system of units?
• Would you like a safer Britain using one single set of units?
• Would you like to see the end of the ban on metric units on our roads, footpaths and in our pubs?

UKMA membership is open to all bona fide applicants who support the object of the Association. Both individual and corporate membership are offered. As well as allowing you to directly contribute to the pro-metric campaign, membership of the UKMA includes the following benefits:

• Participation in an AGM/Annual Conference
• Participation in UKMA campaigns if able to do so
• Receipt of a regular newsletter

Both e-mail and postal membership are offered. E-mail members may optionally participate in a discussion forum.

The standard annual subscription for Individual Members is £15 and runs for a subscription year from July to June.
