Press releases

UKMA occasionally issues press releases for the benefit of journalists and editors, to clarify our view on matters connected with metrication and to draw attention to activities or issues of our own that we wish to publicise. We regard it important that our views are clear and properly represented in the media.

We hope that people who work in the media will find the material in this section useful and interesting. Any feedback from folk who use the material would be welcome.
